Our Oakland office is open Monday - Friday: 8am-6pm.
From Highway 580 : Take the Grand Avenue exit. Turn LEFT onto Grand Avenue. Proceed approximately ¼ mile, just past Weldon Avenue. We are on the right side of the street, the third building past Weldon Avenue. Our driveway is just before our building (the second driveway on the right side past Weldon Avenue). Safeway is across the street.
Parking: Parking is available behind our building. The driveway is located to the right of our building.
The rear entrance to our office is level with the parking lot. Please park in spaces designated for physical therapy.
Metered parking is available on the street in front of our building. Non-metered parking is available on side streets.
Our office is on the second floor, Suite 15.
