Caroline has extensive experience in providing clinical care, and teaching continuing education seminars on orthopaedic manual therapy. She has completed the Kaiser Vallejo Program in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, and the Kaiser Hayward Physical Therapy Residency Program in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. She served as a faculty member in the Kaiser Hayward program and Redwood PT Seminars for several years. She has authored four chapters in physical therapy textbooks related to rehabilitation of the spine and peripheral nerve injuries.
Caroline has a special interest in spine, sports, and shoulder rehabilitation, and women’s health issues. Caroline enjoys skiing, hiking and is active outside of work keeping up with her two daughters.

Kathryn is a graduate of the Kaiser Hayward Physical Therapy Residency Program in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. She is a former faculty member of this program, and continues to act as a consultant. She has published in peer-reviewed journals on cervicogenic headache, knee pathology, and residency education. She has previous experience working with dizziness and balance disorders.
Kathryn enjoys all orthopaedic rehabilitation, particularly the spine. She previously competed for South Africa in springboard and platform diving. She enjoys most outdoor sports especially mountain biking and swimming, and participates intermittently in triathlons. She likes to garden, and spend time with her two young sons.
Jane Hodges, MPT

Jane is originally from Oakland. She worked in advertising before switching careers to physical therapy. She has completed the Redwood Physical therapy Seminars Yearlong Manual Therapy Course. She has been studying dance for the past 20 years, and is also the physical therapist for Savage Jazz Dance Company (savagedance.org). She has taught injury prevention, stretching and strengthening in the company’s summer intensive dance course for several years. She has also worked as a pediatric physical therapist in the school system.
Jane has a special interest in sports injury and prevention, soft tissue injury and rehabilitation, and foot and ankle injuries. Other than dance, Jane enjoys gardening, hiking, scuba diving, traveling, and having fun with her young son.
Matthew Oravitz, DPT

Matthew is a graduate of the Kaiser Hayward Physical Therapy Mentorship in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. Matthew enjoys general orthopaedics. Prior to his physical therapy career, he worked as a research assistant in biochemistry for the Department of Defense. In physical therapy, he has a special interest in research and evidence-based practice. He has presented physical therapy research at a national conference level.
Outside of the clinic, Matthew can be found riding his mountain bike, skiing, and passionately cheering for the 2008 World Champion Philadelphia Phillies, and other Philadelphia sports teams.

Katie is a graduate of the Kaiser Hayward Physical Therapy Mentorship in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. She has a strong background in sports injury and rehabilitation, and a special interest in the spine.
She has her cosmetology license and enjoys cutting and styling hair, as well as outdoor activities such as traveling, and playing ultimate Frisbee.

Justin is a graduate of the Kaiser Hayward Physical Therapy Residency Program in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. He is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) through the Mulligan Concepts Group. Justin enjoys all orthopaedics, and has a special interest in repetitive strain injuries of the upper quarter.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys back packing, rock climbing, cycling and horseback riding, traveling, and studying eastern philosophy.
