Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy is a specialized area of physical therapy for managing neuro-musculoskeletal conditions. It is a clinical approach that uses skilled hands-on techniques to evaluate and treat soft tissues and joints, including related therapeutic movement and exercise.
Several of our physical therapists have advanced certifications in manual therapy and have mentored other physical therapists in this area for decades. We serve as a training location for higher-level post-professional physical therapy education and mentorship in manual therapy.

Precise and creative exercise training for orthopedic, sports and spinal injuries, including core stabilization training. This complements and progresses our manual therapy approach. We will help you progress to independent exercise programs and community-based classes or return to your athletic pursuits.
SELF MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES
Part of our personalized approach is to teach you ways to modify activity or use equipment to minimize injury, speed recovery, and maintain or improve upon gains made in physical therapy.
