Annual Membership Fee
At Taylor & Thornburg Physical Therapy, Inc., we are proud of the high-quality care we provide and our long-standing commitment to education and mentorship within our team. Our appointment times are long and always one-on-one with your physical therapist - an approach that is uncommon in our industry. We also invest thoughtfully in well-reviewed equipment to enhance both the care options we provide and the environment in which we work.
To continue providing this level of service and care, we have an Annual Membership Fee of $169. The fee is due no later than your second visit and is valid for one year. This is in addition to any other insurance-related payments, and not reimbursable by insurance.
As a Member, your Benefits include:
- High-quality personalized care with a treatment plan customized for you
- Extended appointment times all one-one-one with your physical therapist
- Free access to our online video library (specialty exercise classes and more)
- Free trial session of any Regenerative Service we offer
The Annual Membership Fee applies to new clients starting March 1, 2026. Existing physical therapy clients have two extra months to complete treatment; if still receiving services by May 1, 2026, the fee will be required.
